Rainy night surprises and concerns

The location was perfect for our evacuation, although the comfort was dampened by water leaking in. Staff provided towels quickly and were understanding in our stressful situation.

Unfortunately, the windows leaked during the storm and soaked the carpet.

Room had stains and needed better cleaning.

Unboxing my experience

What a delightful surprise this stay turned out to be! From an early check-in to a comfortable and well-appointed room, everything was seamless. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast options were impressive—especially the pumpkin spice waffles! Just a heads-up, the room doors were a bit heavy. A charming experience overall!

The location is ideal for family visits, just a short drive to attractions, and the staff was very accommodating during our stay with a child. We enjoyed the spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, making bedtime a breeze.

My kids wished there were more breakfast options for families with diverse dietary preferences.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We visited the nearby stadium and explored the local parks. The staff was super friendly, and breakfast was great. I loved the modern rooms and the comfy beds.

Had a great stay, the breakfast selection was delicious and varied. The room was impeccably clean. However, the A/C was quite loud. I'd likely return!

The breakfast was fantastic! Miss T in the morning was especially welcoming. The staff clearly aim to please, providing a personalized experience.

Inconvenient elevator access—only one of two in operation during busy hours. It made mornings somewhat frustrating. Also, some cleanliness issues reported tarnished the stay.

The room was super comfortable, with nice decor and a fresh feel thanks to the new carpet and paint. The beds were cozy, and having a fridge and microwave was a plus. The shower had great water pressure, which I really appreciated. Totally clean everywhere. Really impressed!
